Returns

You may return items within 7 days of receiving them.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

with the following details:First & last name / Order Number / Phone Number / Item(s) being exchanged / New size requested / Exact delivery address / Reason for Exchange

We will arrange a pickup via our courier if eligible.

A 100 EGP return shipping fee may apply.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
