3. Shipping

  • We ship within Egypt via Greenline Courier.

  • Shipping fees and delivery timelines are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect details.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return products within 7 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
